Key Tower

I have heard around town that the Key Tower in downtown was the tallest building between New York and Chicago. I thought this was pretty impressive so I wanted to figure out if it was true. So I did a little research....it turns out the Key Tower was the tallest building between New York and Chicago until very recently. It lost this title in 2007 when the Comcast Center was built in Philedelphia. There is still some pretty impressive titles regarding the Key Tower still, it is the largest building in Cleveland (of course), the largest building in the state of Ohio and is the 60th tallest building in the world!

  1. This a really cool post, Sarah! I've always loved the Key Tower and have heard that it was the tallest building between NY and Chicago too, but never knew for sure. Thanks for clearing that up!
