The magazine rates the most bike friendly cities by judging their the number of bike lanes and racks available to citizens, government involvement in making improvements for bikers and the bike culture. Cleveland already has 8 major bike trails, one is nearby in the Metroparks. Cleveland is also talking about adding a downtown biking station, which would give riders access to park, storage, showers and bike repair services. The top five biking cities were:
-Minneapolis
-Portland, Ore
-Boulder, Colo.
